Galaxy Beam ruleaza acum Android 2.3 Gingerbread fata de Android v2.1 in versiunea lansata la Mobile World Congress in 2010.
Smartphone-ul vine cu un procesor de 1GHz dual-core, o memorie de 8GB, o camera 5 MP cu autofocalizare si inregistrare video 720p la 30 de cadre pe secunda, dar si de o camera frontala cu o rezolutie de 1,3 megapixeli si blit. Galaxy Beam are o baterie de 2000mAh, dispune de conectivitate 3G (14,4 Mbps), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, MicroUSB, USB 2.0 si jack audio de 3,5 mm.
Telefonul are o greutate de 145,3 grame si dimeniuni de 64,2 x 124 x 12,5 mm.
Preturile si data la care telefonul va ajunge in magazine nu au fost anuntate inca.
